How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your CineFlow account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

- Subject Line: Use "Account Deletion Request" as the email subject
- Required Information: Include the following information in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Your username (if applicable)
- A brief statement confirming you want to delete your account

If you prefer to keep your account but want to delete some or all of your personal data, you can request partial data deletion:

Note: After partial data deletion, your account will remain active and you can continue using CineFlow. Some features may be reset to default settings.

- Account Information: The app supports email-based login. Your email address is used solely for account identification, management, and providing user support.
- Device Identifiers (AndroidId): We use the AndroidId as a unique identifier to manage account status and ensure service stability. This identifier is used for internal functional purposes only and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
2. App Permissions
CineFlow requires specific permissions to perform media processing tasks. We only use these permissions when the corresponding feature is actively used:
- Storage (Media Files): Required to access the videos, audio, and images on your device for editing and to save the processed files back to your gallery.
- Notifications: Used to show the progress of background media tasks (such as long video compression or conversions) and notify you when a task is complete.
3. In-App Purchases
CineFlow offers optional subscription services. All transactions are handled securely through the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial details on our servers.
4. Third-Party Services and Advertising
- No Advertising: CineFlow does not contain any third-party advertisements or ad-tracking SDKs.
- No Independent Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics tools (such as Umeng or Firebase) that track individual user behavior or personal data.
- No Third-Party Payments: We do not integrate external payment SDKs like WeChat Pay or Alipay. All payments are restricted to the official Google Play platform.
5. Data Security and Retention
Your account information is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We retain your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services.
6. Account and Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. This can be done within the app via [My] -> [More Functions] -> [Account Logout/Deletion]. Please note that this action is permanent and your data cannot be recovered after deletion.
